Basketball Recap: Carter Stacks Key Part of Team Effort in Lions Win

There's no place like home for Teague, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They walked away with a 62-53 victory over the Rice Bulldogs on Tuesday. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Teague's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Carter Stacks, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Those 20 points gave Stacks a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Brown, who posted 15 points along with six boards and six steals.

The victory got Teague back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Teague will challenge Centerville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rice, they will face off against Dawson at 7:00 p.m. on December 4.
