It's playoff time, and Hornell had no trouble coming through when it counted. They breezed past the Salamanca Warriors to the tune of 68-32 on Saturday. The Red Raiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 games by 20 points or more this season.

Salamanca lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Makenzie Crouse, who posted three points in addition to six boards and four steals. She has been hot recently, having also posted two or more blocks the last four times she's played. Kynleigh Wass was another key player, putting up five points.

Hornell is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-3 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 26.9 points. The loss snapped Salamanca's winning streak at nine games and leaves them with a 18-7 record.

Coming up, Hornell will face off against Chenango Forks at 11:45 a.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Chenango Forks sitting on six straight victories and Hornell on seven. Salamanca does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
