Basketball Recap: Shadle Park Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Shadle Park can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They came out on top against the North Central Wolfpack by a score of 52-42. This was payback for the Highlanders, who suffered a 39-38 loss the last time these two teams met.

Shadle Park's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for North Central, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Shadle Park will head out to face off against Ridgeline at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Ridgeline will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Shadle Park surely won't give up without a fight. As for North Central, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against East Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. North Central has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
