Carthage saw some tournament action last Saturday. They lost 52-32 to Bentonville.

Meanwhile, Springdale faced Mountain Home in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Springdale fell 61-52 to Mountain Home. The Bulldogs' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Springdale's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-2. As for Carthage, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
