Baseball Recap: La Quinta Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Loara, La Quinta was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Magnolia Sentinels by a score of 8-3. The Aztecs haven't had any issues with the Sentinels recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on Felix Perez, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Frankie Garibay, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI.

La Quinta's win bumped their record up to 15-7. As for Magnolia, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.

As of now, neither La Quinta nor Magnolia have any future games scheduled.
