Soccer Recap: Roselle Takes a Loss

Roselle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 6-0 to the Cranford Cougars. While losing is never fun, Roselle can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey soccer rankings (they are ranked 268th, while Cranford are ranked 66th).

Roselle's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Cranford, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Roselle will welcome Hillside at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cranford, they will challenge Roselle Park at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
