Football Recap: Linden Piles Up the Points Against Millennium

The third road contest was the charm for Linden, as they earned their first away win of the season. They blew past the Millennium Falcons, posting a 55-0 victory. The Lions' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Linden's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Andrew Juarez, who rushed for 117 yards and three scores on only five carries. Juarez's longest rush was for an impressive 50 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Another pass catcher making a difference was DeAndre Smith, who picked up 178 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Linden was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 226 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in September of 2024.

The victory got Linden back to even at 2-2. As for Millennium, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
