Softball Recap: Rappahannock Makes It Nine in a Row at Home

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Rappahannock walked away with it. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Lancaster Red Devils 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Raiders have posted since April 14th.

Rappahannock pushed their record up to 16-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 10.8 runs. As for Lancaster, with the loss, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 16-10.
