Volleyball Recap: Wabaunsee Chargers vs. Mission Valley Vikings        
        
		
             Wabaunsee lost against Mission Valley on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Tuesday. The Wabaunsee Chargers fell just short of the Mission Valley Vikings by a score of  2-1. The Chargers have now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Wabaunsee started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-19,  25-21.
 Despite the  loss, Wabaunsee saw an underclassman step up:  Kinsley Michaelis  had five  digs and three  aces. That's the most  aces  Michaelis has posted  in her last 17  games.
 Wabaunsee's defeat dropped their record down to 18-11-1. As for Mission Valley, the  win was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-15.
 Wabaunsee didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  2-1  loss against West Franklin on the 9th. As for Mission Valley, they will take on Chase County at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Chase County will roll in looking for their  12th straight  victory, something Mission Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
