Soccer Recap: Mariner Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North Fort Myers, Mariner was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Barron Collier Cougars. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Tritons were the better team in the second half.

Mariner's victory bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Barron Collier, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5-1.

Mariner has already played their next game (against Fort Myers), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Barron Collier will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Naples at 7:00 p.m. on January 27th.
