Volleyball Recap: Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology Comes Up Short

Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys Mustang, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustang this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 4th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-11, 25-14.

Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys, they pushed their record up to 6-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology is set to face off against their familiar foe Lake Balboa College Prep at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys will take on rival Sun Valley Magnet at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
