Volleyball Recap: Wind River Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Wind River was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 30th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Shoshoni Wranglers. The Cougars were not able to make up for their loss to the Wranglers from their previous meeting back in October of 2023.

While Wind River was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Shoshoni's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20, 25-21.

Wind River's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Shoshoni, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-8.

Wind River will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Dubois at 5:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for Shoshoni, they will challenge Pine Bluffs on the 11th.
