Derek Rodriguez Game Report: @ McAllen

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Derek Rodriguez stepped things up a notch to give Vela the 'W'. Rodriguez went 1-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI. The performance marked the most RBI he has had since back in March of 2024.

Rodriguez's strong effort led Vela over McAllen and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
