After both having extra time off, the King's Academy Lions and the Clayton-Bradley Academy Blazers will shake off the cobwebs and face off against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. King's Academy will be looking to extend their current 11-game winning streak.

Two weeks ago, King's Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Knoxville Catholic, but they still walked away with a 43-39 win.

Meanwhile, you're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Clayton-Bradley Academy two weeks ago. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew Temple Baptist Academy out of the water with a 61-21 final score. With the Blazers ahead 37-10 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Clayton-Bradley Academy's win came from a few key players King's Academy will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Mia Adkins, who posted 19 points in addition to eight steals and six assists. Clayton-Bradley Academy is 2-1 when Adkins posts five or more steals, but 2-3 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Emma Bault, who had 20 points along with six boards and five assists.

King's Academy's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-1. As for Clayton-Bradley Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season.

Everything came up roses for King's Academy against Clayton-Bradley Academy in their previous matchup back in January, as the team secured a 79-9 win.
