Baseball Recap: Real Life Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Real Life Christian Academy lost against First Academy back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Real Life Christian Academy Raptors came up short against the First Academy Eagles, falling 15-3. The Raptors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Real Life Christian Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Shane Riley, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-2. Riley is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played. Kayden Muniz also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Real Life Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for First Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.

Coming up, Real Life Christian Academy will head out on the road to take on Zephyrhills Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Real Life Christian Academy has given up an average of 11.7 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for First Academy, they will welcome Leesburg at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
