Villa Victoria Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 44-26 win over Katzenbach School for the Deaf. The victory was some much needed relief for Villa Victoria Academy as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Among those leading the charge was Rachel Corban, who scored 21 points. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.
Villa Victoria Academy's victory ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-9. As for Katzenbach School for the Deaf, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-2.
Villa Victoria Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Katzenbach School for the Deaf also has no future games currently scheduled.
