Basketball Recap: St. Mary Catholic Comes Up Short

St. Mary Catholic lost against The Prairie School back in November of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The St. Mary Catholic Zephyrs fell to The Prairie School Hawks 62-56.

St. Mary Catholic now has a losing record of 10-11. As for The Prairie School, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-14.

Looking ahead, St. Mary Catholic will square off against Manitowoc Lutheran at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in St. Mary Catholic's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six games. As for The Prairie School, they are taking a road trip to challenge Racine Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Racine Lutheran's favor as the team sits on ten straight wins at home while The Prairie School has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road.
