Football Recap: Janesville Craig Cougars vs. Janesville Parker Vikings        
        
		
             After losing to Janesville Parker the last time they met, Janesville Craig decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Janesville Craig Cougars strolled past the Janesville Parker Vikings with  points to spare on Friday, taking the game  42-28. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Cougars.
  Braden Tyler was  his usual excellent self, rushing for 179 yards and three touchdowns. With that strong performance,  he is now averaging an impressive 102.8  rushing yards per game. Another player making a difference was  Paul Platts, who rushed for 55 yards and a touchdown.
 Janesville Craig wouldn't let Janesville Parker keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force three fumbles. Janesville Craig can thank  Jamar Jenkins and  Brian Deltgen for forcing all of them.
 Janesville Craig's victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 4-2. As for Janesville Parker,  they are  on  a  seven-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
 Janesville Craig will take on Vel Phillips Memorial at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday. Janesville Craig's defense has only allowed 17  points per game  this season, so Vel Phillips Memorial's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Janesville Parker, they and Madison La Follette are set to duel  on Saturday. Janesville Parker will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  points each  matchup than the last.
