Redding Christian was sadly handed a loss on Tuesday, but Brodie Ogden did his best to prevent it. Nobody could stop Ogden as he struck out six batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. He has become a key player for Redding Christian: the team is 3-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 3-5 otherwise.

Coming up, Ogden and Redding Christian will face off against Chester at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
