Softball Recap: Spartanburg Comes Up Short

The Spartanburg Vikings lost 13-2 to the Broome Centurions on Monday. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Spartanburg saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tori Earle, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Spartanburg now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Broome, their win bumped their record up to 5-16.

Coming up, Spartanburg will head out to take on James F. Byrnes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Broome, they will host Chesnee at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
