Unionville extended the longest winning streak in Ches-Mont - American this week by beating Kennett, 34-17. The victory was the fifth in a row for the Indians.
Great Valley made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,898 from 4,369. The improvement came about via a 55-26 victory over Sun Valley last week.
Jordan Jones and Jordan Lardani gave the Blue Demons a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Jones threw for 41 yards and one touchdown, while Lardani ran for 71 yards. Jones also contributed to the rushing game with 36 yards on the ground.
Anthony Dinorscia was the best wideout in the league this week as Octorara Area lost to Bayard Rustin. Dinorscia racked up five receptions for 75 yards.
Thanks to the talents of Jones and Lardani Kennett has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Jones leads the league in passing with 752 yards, while Lardani has rushed for 1281 yards this season. The Braves' Dinorscia leads the league in receiving yards with 333 on 19 catches.
