Dublin had won five straight games and Aj Johnson did his part to make it six on Tuesday. The Dublin Fighting Irish walked away with a 57-49 victory over the Washington County Golden Hawks thanks in part to Johnson, who went 8 for 14 en route to 25 points and six rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last three games he's played.

Washington County lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Jusden Culpepper, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and 14 boards. What's more, he also racked up three steals, the most he's had since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kaden Collins, who posted 11 points.

Dublin pushed their record up to 18-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Washington County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-14.

Dublin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 67-47 victory against Dodge County on the 7th. As for Washington County, they have also already played their next game, a 61-48 defeat against East Laurens on the 6th.
