Volleyball Recap: Camarillo Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Camarillo suffered their biggest defeat since August 28th on Tuesday. They came up short against the Oak Park Eagles, falling 3-0. The Scorpions' loss continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row.

Camarillo was not able to win a set, but it sure wasn't from a lack of trying: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 31-29, 25-23.

Riley Espinosa paced Camarillo's offense, picking up nine kills. Espinosa got some help from Monet Taylor and her 16 assists. Ellie Feller controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Camarillo's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Oak Park, they pushed their record up to 15-7 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
