Bishop McGuinness had won nine straight home games and Adelaide Jernigan did her part to make it ten on Tuesday. The Bishop McGuinness Villains claimed a resounding 80-32 win over the Piedmont Classical Bobcats thanks in part to Jernigan, who went 13-for-23 on her way to 32 points and six rebounds. The contest was her 24th in a row with at least 17 points.

Claire Sullivan was another key player, going 6-for-11 to rack up 15 points and four steals. She has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played.

Bishop McGuinness' victory bumped their record up to 22-2. As for Piedmont Classical, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

Coming up, Bishop McGuinness will look to defend their home court on Friday against Carver at 6:00 p.m. Carver will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Bishop McGuinness surely won't give up without a fight. Piedmont Classical does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
