Football Recap: South Mountain Jaguars vs. Shadow Ridge Stallions
If South Mountain was riding high fresh off their 32-0 takedown of Maryvale last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The South Mountain Jaguars took a 24-6 bruising from the Shadow Ridge Stallions on Thursday.
Jordyn Scott was nothing short of spectacular for Shadow Ridge: she rushed for 170 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries, and also threw for 138 yards and two touchdowns. Those 170 rushing yards gave Scott a new career-high.
