Eagan won the last time they faced Lakeville South and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagan Wildcats narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Lakeville South Cougars 44-42. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Eagan is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Lakeville South, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Eagan Wildcats duke it out with the Century Panthers at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lakeville South, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Farmington at 5:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
