Basketball Recap: Aniguiin Comes Up Short

Aniguiin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 60-25 loss at the hands of the Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial Huskies. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 78-33 last Friday.

Aniguiin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-0.

Aniguiin will venture away from home to square off against Brevig Mission on Friday. Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
