Softball Recap: Parkview Comes Up Short

Parkview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 15-0 to the Johnson Creek Bluejays. If the Vikings were looking for revenge after losing 16-0 to the Bluejays when the teams met back in May of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Parkview's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Johnson Creek, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Coming up, Parkview will venture away from home to challenge Deerfield at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Johnson Creek, they will face off against Palmyra-Eagle at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.57 runs per game on average), something the Bluejays will no doubt try to take advantage of.
