Recap: Calallen Wildcats vs. Palmview Lobos
It was a good run, but the Calallen Wildcats unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of Palmview by a score of 30-27.
Palmview was led to victory by Jocelyn Rojas and Mia Rojas. Rojas scored 10 points along with 3 steals, while Rojas scored 12 points along with 5 rebounds. The match was Rojas' 11th in a row with at least ten points. Alia Garza was another key contributor, scoring 0 points along with 10 rebounds and 3 steals.
Calallen has yet to win a match at home this season, leaving them with a 11-4 record. As for Palmview, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Palmview will take on La Feria at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
