Nate Davis Delivers Best Effort of Season

Nate Davis produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Rockmart to the win on Friday. Davis rushed for 154 yards and three touchdowns. He didn't just play on offense: he also forced a fumble and made eight total tackles (1.0 for loss) in addition to snagging an interception.

The victory (which was Rockmart's fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-2. Davis and Rockmart will stay at home for another week and welcome Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Hulett Made His Presence Known in North Murray's 27-26 Win

North Murray took down Ringgold on Friday, a win that might not have happened without Hudson Hulett's performance. Hulett was unstoppable, rushing for 112 yards and a touchdown, while also throwing for 122 yards on only ten passes.

This season, Hulett has averaged 70.6 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 8.43 passing yards per game.
