Softball Recap: Cleveland Takes a Loss

Cleveland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 23-8 to the Ingraham Rams. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Cleveland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Ingraham, they moved to 2-7 with that victory, which also ended their seven-game losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Cleveland will square off against rival Lincoln at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Ingraham is set to take on their familiar foe Rainier Beach at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
