Volleyball Recap: Conway Springs Comes Up Short

Conway Springs lost against Chaparral back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cardinals fell just short of the Roadrunners by a score of 2-1. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lairen Pauly paced Conway Springs' offense, picking up eight kills. Pauly got some help from Lanie Hartman and her 14 assists. Samantha Howard controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Conway Springs now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Chaparral, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

Conway Springs has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against South Haven on the 9th. As for Chaparral, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Inman on the 6th.
