Windward is 7-0 against St. Monica since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Windward Wildcats will look to defend their home pitch against the St. Monica Mariners at 3:15 p.m.

Windward will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any goals on Saturday, then bounced right back against Village Christian on Monday. Windward was the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over Village Christian. Owen Shore was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, St. Monica and Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw last Monday.

The win got Windward back to even at 3-3. With that draw, St. Monica's record moves to 0-2-2.

Windward was able to grind out a solid victory over St. Monica in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, winning 3-1. Does Windward have another victory up their sleeve, or will St. Monica turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
