Baseball Recap: Pierce Comes Up Short

Pierce was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 8-1 to the St. Helena Saints.

Pierce saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Connor Harris, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Pierce's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for St. Helena, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pierce will take on Kelseyville at 4:00 p.m. on March 11th. As for St. Helena, they will face off against Summerfield Waldorf at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
