Soccer Recap: Waukee Wins Going Away Against Sioux City North

After failing to score in their last match, Waukee made sure to put some goals up on the board against Sioux City North on Wednesday. They blew past the Stars 4-0. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Waukee's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Iowa soccer rankings (they are ranked ninth, while Sioux City North are ranked 74th).

Waukee's victory bumped their record up to 8-1-9. As for Sioux City North, they moved to 8-5-1 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Waukee wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 1-0 win against Dowling Catholic on the 30th. Sioux City North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
