Basketball Recap: South Warren Takes a Loss

South Warren was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Allen County-Scottsville Patriots, falling 74-53. The Spartans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Patriots apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

South Warren's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Allen County-Scottsville, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

South Warren is taking a road trip to square off against Barren County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Allen County-Scottsville has already played their next match, a 65-44 defeat against Greenwood on the 14th.
