Davenport had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They never let the IDEA Riverview Rockets get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Friday. Davenport might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 18 games by three goals or more this season.

They hit IDEA Riverview with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Rylee Reisdorph (4), Abby Symon (3), and Logan Strong.

The win was the sixth in a row for Davenport, bringing their record up to 19-2-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 45 goals over those six matchups. As for IDEA Riverview, their loss dropped their record down to 19-7-1.

Looking ahead, Davenport will face off against La Vernia on Monday. Davenport will need to watch out since La Vernia has now posted at least four goals in their last 17 contests. IDEA Riverview does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
