Rockville took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Blair, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Rams won by a set and slipped past the Blazers 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Rams have posted since September 10, 2024.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Rockville got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-22, 15-25, 25-22, 23-25, 17-15.

The victory got Rockville back to even at 1-1. As for Blair, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.

Rockville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Blair, they will venture away from home to square off against Sherwood at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
