Softball Recap: Catholic Memorial Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pewaukee, Catholic Memorial was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Brookfield Academy Blue Knights 10-8. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Crusaders considering their one-run performance the match before.

Catholic Memorial's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2.

Coming up, Catholic Memorial will square off against Mukwonago at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brookfield Academy, they will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Pewaukee at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
