Skyline's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They claimed a resounding 40-6 win over the Grand Junction Central Warriors. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Falcons considering their seven-point performance the contest before.

Skyline didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Jackson Stanich, Diego Kheng, and Servando Morales picked up one apiece. Kheng also made eight total tackles, which is notable because Skyline is 2-1 when he posts at least three total tackles, but 0-4 otherwise.

Skyline's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-5. As for Grand Junction Central, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-6.

Skyline has already played their next matchup, a 55-33 win against Longmont on the 17th. As for Grand Junction Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 56-20 defeat against Broomfield on the 17th.
