Crestwood won the last time they faced Lake-Lehman and things went their way on Thursday too. The Crestwood Comets skirted past the Lake-Lehman Knights 48-45. Given the Comets' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 270th, while the Knights are ranked 634th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
