Baseball Game Preview: Warren Lumberjacks vs. Stuttgart Ricebirds

Warren's tournament run continued when they took on Batesville on Friday. Warren came out on top against Batesville by a score of 12-7. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lumberjacks.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Stuttgart's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They came up short against Ashdown, falling 8-2. The matchup marked the Ricebirds' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Warren pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for Stuttgart, their loss dropped their record down to 6-2.
