Basketball Recap: Life Center Academy Comes Up Short

On Monday, the Life Center Academy Warriors had to suffer through a 66-31 loss at the hands of Thrive Charter. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 236th, while Thrive Charter are ranked 78th).

Life Center Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Thrive Charter, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Thrive Charter beat Life Center Academy by a score of 66-31 on Tuesday.
