Southern Huntingdon County has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.14 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Tuesday. They fell 12-7 to the Tussey Mountain Titans. The Rockets' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Southern Huntingdon County's loss dropped their record down to 12-2. As for Tussey Mountain, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-6.

Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (the Rockets have won eight straight at home dating back to last season, while the Bulldogs won six straight on the road), something that'll have to change. Meanwhile, Tussey Mountain will square off against rival Mount Union at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
