Softball Recap: McMinnville Takes a Loss

McMinnville came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the North Medford Black Tornado, falling 9-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Grizzlies have suffered since April 23, 2024.

Vivian Moore made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaylee Dinger, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double.

McMinnville's loss dropped their record down to 22-8. As for North Medford, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record this season.

As of now, neither McMinnville nor North Medford have any future games scheduled.
