            For the second straight game, Centennial will face off against Roosevelt. The Huskies will look to defend their home field  on Tuesday against the Mustangs  at 4:00  p.m.
Centennial gave up the first  runs on Monday, but they didn't let that get them  down. They came out on top against Roosevelt by a score of  6-2. The Huskies haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive  win against them.

Centennial got a great performance from  Ian Calvillo as he  didn't allow a single  earned run over 5.2 innings pitched. Calvillo has been consistent  recently: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Charles Rogers and  Jaden Walk-Green did most of the damage at the plate:  Rogers  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4, while  Walk-Green  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Centennial was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .393. The last time their  batting average was this high was  back in April of 2024.
 Roosevelt is  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 10-10. As for Centennial, their victory bumped their record up to 13-4.
