With a playoff win on the line, Wilson-Henryetta rose to the challenge on Friday. They blew past the Covington-Douglas Wildcats 48-28. Considering the Tigers have won five games by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Wilson-Henryetta's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-2. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31 points. As for Covington-Douglas, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Looking ahead, Wilson-Henryetta will square off against Okeene at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Whippets have now posted at least 31 points in their last five contests. Covington-Douglas does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
