Softball Recap: Greenback Cherokees vs. Harriman Blue Devils

Greenback posted their closest victory since May 7, 2024 on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 17-16 win over the Harriman Blue Devils. This was a revenge game for the Cherokees: when they faced off against the Blue Devils back in March, they had to take a 13-11 loss.

Greenback got a massive performance out of Elizabeth Davis, who went 2-for-5 with five RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those five RBI gave Davis a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Emma Anderson, who scored three runs while going 4-for-5.
