The Master's Academy Eagles will face off against the Orangewood Christian Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Master's Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.1 runs per game this season.

Orangewood Christian will be up against a hot Master's Academy team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. Master's Academy walked away with a 6-2 victory over Lake Highland Prep on Friday.

Master's Academy got a great performance from Preston Toth as he pitched six innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits.

At the plate, Trey Seluk was excellent, scoring a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Cy Smith, who scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Meanwhile, Orangewood Christian never let their opponents score on Friday. They put the hurt on Cornerstone Charter Academy with a sharp 11-0 win. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by seven runs or more this season.

Master's Academy's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Orangewood Christian, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-3.

Master's Academy took their victory against Orangewood Christian in their previous matchup back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 8-2. Will Master's Academy repeat their success, or does Orangewood Christian have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
