Basketball Game Preview: Morrison Mustangs vs. Amboy Clippers

The Morrison Mustangs will challenge the Amboy Clippers at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.

Morrison is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Fulton on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Morrison came up short against Fulton, falling 61-38. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Steamers recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Meanwhile, Amboy strolled past Ashton-Franklin Center with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 61-46. That's two games straight that the Clippers have won by exactly 15 points.

The win made it two in a row for Amboy and bumps their season record up to 10-13. As for Morrison, their loss dropped their record down to 8-18.
